Hike to two Base Camps (Nanga Parbat- Passu Peak)

• ARRIVE ISLAMABAD, (Altitude 540 meters)

  • Arrive at Islamabad airport and transfer to Hotel,
  • Later Sightseeing of the twin city, Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
  • Overnight in Islamabad

• ISLAMABAD – NARAN (Altitude 2400 meters)

  • Early Morning after breakfast leave for Naran,
  • On the rout enjoy mesmerizing views of cities and villages along Hazara Expressway.
  • Enjoy the sceneries of Kaghan valley, with stopover for pictures.
  • Arrive in Naran and transfer to hotel.
  • Later enjoy some delicious Pakistani cuisine.
  • Overnight at hotel.

• : NARAN – FAIRY MEADOW (Altitude 3,300 meters)

  • After Breakfast in Naran leave for Raikot Bridge
  • On the way brief stopovers at Lulu Sar Lake and Babusar Top, before descending for KKH.
  • From KKH it would take one hour to reach Raikot Bridge.
  • From Raikot bridge swap to 4 x4 jeep and drive to Tato Village,
  • From Tato village Trek to Fairy Meadows (2 to 3 hours trek, depending on trekkers)
  • Night Stay at Fairy Meadow (camping/huts)

• :  FAIRY MEADOW-BIYAL CAMP – NANGA PARBAT BASE CAMP (Altitude 4,200 meters)

  • Walk along the Nanga Parbat glacier at an elevation (of 13000 ft)
  • Short stopover at Biyal camp
  • Another view of Nanga Parbat from German view point
  • Continue trek to base camp
  • Night stay in Fairy Meadow (camping/huts)

• : FAIRY MEADOW – HUNZA (Altitude 2,500 meters)

  • Trek back from Fairy Meadow to Tato Village.
  • Drive in Jeep from Tato Village to KKH (Raikot Bridge).
  • Swap vehicle and drive further to Hunza,
  • Experience some of the amazing and unique landscape, rugged mountains.
  • Stopover at Junction point, take some memorable picture with an informative but brief talk from the guide.
  • After having lunch in Gilgit City, continue journey towards Hunza.
  • Arrive in Hunza and transfer to hotel.
  • In the evening sightseeing of Karimabad bazar and later drive to duiker (Eagle Nest) for sunset
  • Overnight in Karimabad Hunza.

• :  HUNZA (KARIMABAD – GULMIT) (Altitude 2,400 meters)

  • After early breakfast visit Baltit fort (the fort that stands tall on top of Hunza keeping an eye on the valley)
  • Later walk around Karimabad Bazar and visit Altit fort to know about the centuries old history of the area.
  • Visit Ciqam (First women led business in Pakistan, where women carpenters are at work)
  • After having lunch in Karimabad leave for Gulmit (upper Hunza).
  • Stopover at turquoise Ata Abad Lake for photography.
  • Transfer to the hotel for a brief break.
  • Depending on the time walk around Gulmit village, watch kids playing in Gulmit Polo Ground. Meet people.
  • After traditional cuisine enjoy good night sleep.

• HUNZA – GOJAL (GULMIT-GHULKIN-BORITH) (Altitude 2,600 meters)

  • After breakfast visit Korgah, Carpet weaving center (women owned center, making handmade rugs and carpets)
  • Later walk to the starting point and start climbing Ondra Poygah and further to Ghulkin village via Kamaris village. (during this meet locals, talk to them, see their culture and walk through gardens and fields.
  • In Ghulkin visit a community based school built by the community themselves, meet teacher and students.
  • Later walk to a local house for lunch. Meet and talk to the locals and watch them cook.
  • In the evening walk around the village, visit a 900 year “Pup Khun” old house, which has now been turned into a museum and art gallery.
  • Later transfer to hotel
  • Drive to Hussaini village to experience the Hussaini Suspension Bridge.
  • Overnight in hotel in Borith.

• :  HIKE TO LUZDUR (Altitude 3,660 meters)

  • Early morning drive to zero point. (Altitude 3,300 meters)
  • Start the 4 day Trek to Patundas Meadow,
  • Have a break in Kouk for snacks.
  • Cross Passu glacier.
  • Overnight in Luzdur in tents.

  “Start trek from the beautiful Borith Lake and cross Passu white glacier on the way.”

• : LUZDUR TO PATUNDAS MEADOW (Altitude 4,100 meters)

  • Early Morning Trek from Luzdur to Patundas
  • Steep hike leaving back the glacier below.
  • Reach Patundas Meadow and have amazing food.
  • Hike to the base camp of Passu peak.
  • Overnight in tents or Shepherds huts, whichever you like.

• PATUNDAS – BORITH- NAGAR (Altitude 2,438 meters)

  • Early morning trek and descend back to Luzdur.
  • Cross Passu Glacier to have a brief stay at Kouk for snacks.
  • Descend further to Borith lake.
  • After having lunch in Borith leave for Nagar.
  • Visit Hopper Glacier and later transfer to hotel.
  • Overnight in Nagar.

  “Descend back to Borith village, while crossing Passu glacier for the second time.”

• : NAGAR – SKARDU (Altitude 2,230 meters)

  • Early morning hit the road for Skardu.
  • On the way stopover at Old Silkrout view point and Rakaposhi view point
  • Have a couple of tea break before reaching Skardu city.
  • Arrive Skardu, transfer to the hotel
  • In the evening visit Skardu Bazar and later have dinner with local food.
  • Overnight in hotel

: SKARDU – SHIGAR – SKARDU CITY (Altitude 2,230 meters)

• After breakfast leave for Kharpocho fort (16tentury fort built on a cliff).
• After that drive further to Sadpara lake to witness the turquoise lake surrounded by some amazing views.
• In the evening drive to Safrang desert, (the rarest cold desert in the world)
• Drive and further hike to Marsur rock.
• Drive back to hotel
• After dinner move to hotel for good night sleep.

: SKARDU – BESHAM (Altitude 600 meters)

• After breakfast leave for Besham.
• You would be travelling on the famous KKH.
• On the way visit Chilas stone Carving, remainings of Ghandahara civilization.
• Have lunch in Chilas before leaving further for Besham.
• Arrive at Besham and transfer to hotel.
• Have a nice dinner before going to bed.
• Overnight at hotel

: BEHSAM – TAXILA - ISLAMABAD

• Early morning Leave Besham for another exciting day, this time the destination is Islamabad.
• On the way visit Taxila, the central point of Bhuddism history of this region.
• Taxila use to be one of the main location of Gandhara Civilization dating back 1200 BC
• Later in the afternoon drive further to Islamabad International Airport (depending to the flight time).
• Saying Goodbye and Safe journey
